We validate manufacturers in China to avoid scams. Once our clients’ merchandise arrives at the warehouse, we verify its status: quantities, weight and, above all, we make sure that the supplier has sent it according to the proforma invoice.

We work directly with manufacturers ensuring safe and, above all, cost-efficient purchases. Negotiations with manufacturers are carried out directly from our office in China.

PROTECTION

We offer insurance at no additional cost, which allows us to protect our clients' investment if the products arrive at our warehouses with problems or, in turn, are not effectively packaged for shipment to Australia.

SECURITY

We minimize the risk that the products suffer damage during transport to Australia or that they may be observed by customs once they pass inspections in port.
